Leena Thomas – Office Administrator
Leena dedicated her early years to being a full-time mom to her three wonderful children. In 2007, she joined her husband’s practice, bringing with her several years of experience in customer service and patient care—making her a perfect fit for Arcadia Endodontics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and is also a licensed real estate professional. Outside of work, Leena enjoys gardening, creating beautiful flower arrangements, and taking walks around her neighborhood with her dog, Koda. She also loves road trips with her family and has a goal of visiting all 50 states in America.
Monica C. – Dental Assistant
Monica began her career as a Dental Assistant at Citrus college, earning her Dental Assisting Certification in 2017. Beyond her work, she loves spending time with her family, friends and two dogs, Paloma and Rosie. She enjoys relaxing beach days, cozy movie nights, and afternoon walks around her neighborhood. Monica also loves hosting fun karaoke nights filled with good food, laughter and great company.
Melissa A. – Dental Assistant
Melissa began Dental Assisting in 2014. She has a natural ability to put a smile on everyone’s face and takes pride in ensuring patients feel happy and comfortable. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family going on countless adventures and road trips. In her free time Melissa enjoys crocheting and doing arts and crafts with her son.
Ericka M. – Dental Assistant
Ericka began her career as a dental assistant in 2022, diving into the field with genuine passion for dentistry and patient care. Outside her professional life, she values spending quality time with her family and friends. She is a proud dog mom to three beautiful dogs. She’s an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoying activities like hiking and going on runs. In her free time, she loves to bake and make treats, sharing her creations with loved ones and indulging her creative side in the kitchen.
